The Merritt College Admissions and Records office is temporarily closed for in-person service until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All Student Services functions have transitioned to an online format.

To submit a document to Admissions and Records: send a high-quality scanned document or photo. To scan, you can download Microsoft Office Lens through Google Play and the Apple App Store.—You may also submit a photo taken with your phone, but make sure the picture is legible and captured in the photo. Prior to submitting any documentation, please ensure that all the fields are completely filled out and captured in the photo. Send the scanned or photo document to the staff listed above based on the request or send to Admissions and Records. Click HERE to upload your documents. Please allow a completion time of 24 – 48 hours.
