  • Jan 29th – Last Day to Add Regular Session Classes w/o Perm #
  • Feb 5th – Last Day to Drop Regular Session Classes Without a “W” Appearing on Transcripts and Receive a Refund/Last Day to Add Regular Session Classes with Perm #/Census Roster Due – Instructors Verify Enrollment in Classes
  • Feb 10th – Last Day to File for PASS/NO PASS Grading Option for Regular Session Classes
  • Feb 17th to Feb 20th – President’s Birthday– Holiday Observance
  • Mar 14th – Professional Day – No Classes
  • Mar 17th – Last Day to File Petitions for AA or AS Degree/Certificate
  • Mar 27th to Apr 2nd – Spring Recess
  • Mar 31st – Cesar Chavez – Holiday Observance
  • Apr 6th – Sixty Percent Census Due for Noncredit Online Classes
  • Apr 28th – Last Day to Withdraw from Regular Session Classes and Receive a “W”. All outstanding fees are due even if classes are dropped on this day/Attendance Verification Day – Instructors Verify Enrollment
  • May 19th – Malcolm X’s Birthday – Holiday Observance
