Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic worker to be our new Administrative Assistant! This is a great opportunity for a business major or anyone who is willing to dive head-first into the operations and inner workings of a small business.

Duties include:
· Organizing, maintaining, and tracking inventory
· Processing orders and customer service
· Performing research and presenting reports
· Assisting with quality management
· Correspondence (phone, email) with customers and vendors
· Anything else you can set your mind to!

Our ideal candidate is:
· Flexible and willing to learn on the job
· Independent and self-motivated
· Interested in the ins and outs of running a small business
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Ideally experienced with QuickBooks, and if not is willing to learn
· Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months

While this is initially a part-time offer, this job has the potential to become full-time according to your availability. You will be working closely with the CEO/owner of the business. The position is what you make of it, and the scope is only limited by what you set for yourself.
