Merritt College Summer Program 2024
for High School Students and Early College Credit
Merritt College provides enrichment opportunities for high school students who can benefit from college-level instruction. In addition to college credit, students can explore a variety of career options that are being offered by Merritt Career Education Programs. Admission to the college requires approval from the high school counselor. Tuition is FREE for current high school students in Summer 2024.
Steps for Merritt – Peralta Summer Institute 2024 Enrollment:
Step 1 – Peralta Summer Institute Interest Form
- Complete the Peralta Summer Institute Interest Form.
- Check your emails or text messages for enrollment communications and next steps.
- If you need assistance, contact your high school counselor or peraltainstitutecoordinator@gmail.com
Step 2 – Peralta Admissions Application
- Complete Peralta Admissions Application. The enrollment fees are waived for high school students.
- Students who have previously attended a PCCD college and are returning after missing a semester or more must also submit a new application.
- For Cybersecurity Camp, no Peralta Admissions Application is required. This is a FREE 2-week camp.
- For the Emergency Medical Responder Program, complete the Peralta Admissions Application.
Step 3 – Course Registration
- Complete the course registration process provided to you through your email or text messages.
