All currently enrolled students are eligible to receive a student ID card, which serves as your official identification on campus and throughout the Peralta Community College District. Your student ID card provides access to various on-campus services and student discounts.
How to Request Your Student ID Card
To request your student ID card, please follow the instructions on the Student ID Card Request Form. The form includes all necessary steps and guidelines for submitting your request.
What you’ll need to complete the form:
- Your student ID number
- A screenshot of your current class schedule
- A photo of a valid photo ID (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, State ID, School ID, etc).
- A recent, passport-style photo (clear, front-facing, plain background)
What Happens Next?
- Processing Time: Requests will be reviewed and if approved, ID cards are typically ready within 2-3 business days for pickup.
- Pick-Up: You’ll receive an email when your card is ready. Cards can be picked up at the Office of Student Activities & Campus Life – R Building, Room R124.
- Delivery Option: If you are studying remotely, include your mailing address to have your card mailed to you. Please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery after processing.
