EOPS Eligibility Requirements
- Must meet California resident requirements
- Qualify for California Community College Promise Grant
- MUST BE ENROLLED as a Full-Time Student (enrolled IN 12 UNITS OR MORE FOR THE SEMESTER).
- Must not have completed over 70 units of degree-applicable coursework in any combination of higher education institutions
- Must also meet one of the following criteria:
- Completed a previous basic skills class
- Not a High School graduate or did not complete a GED
- High school GPA below 2.5
- First-generation college student
- Current or Former Foster Youth
