The Education program offers students a look at the historical and sociological analysis of the education system and careers in teaching. Students will study the principles of effective and instructional models with emphasis on student-centered and culturally relevant methods, research of resources for curriculum and instruction, and observation of teaching practices in local schools. Education courses offer selected topics.
