Job Description

South Bay sustainable landscape company located in Cupertino is searching for an Associate Designer to join our team. We specialize in design, installation and maintenance of water-wise, California appropriate residential landscapes. This Associate Designer position will include a balance of hands on training in both design and field work, leading toward being a Principle Designer.

Candidate should have:
• Vectorworks experience
• A good “design eye”
• Plant knowledge, especially for drought tolerant Mediterranean’s and CA natives.
• Flexible, can-do attitude
• Ability to be out in the field, hands-on approach
• Integrity (i.e. honest, hardworking and sincere)
• Team oriented, pleasant (this is a small company)
• Good customer relation skills
• Excel experience and ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required
• Clean driving record and a valid California drivers’ license

Compensation offered:
• Pay depends on experience
• Includes vacation time and yearly bonus program
