Our experienced staff of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Mental Health Specialists, Parent Partners and other therapists/counselors provide case management, mental health care and a range of support services in schools, homes or other community settings. Our dedicated teams work collaboratively and in partnership with family members, school administrators and faculty, county social workers, case managers, probations officers and other agencies.

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for assisting with first level support providing escalated technical assistance with hardware and software problems to all VIP members (Senior Management and Executive Management) in the Corporate Long Beach and Regional Oakland offices as required. Preferred method of support is phone support to users using remote support tools. This position is also responsible for working on IT projects as assigned by the department’s Project Manager.

Job Duties:
1. Support Windows, active directory, VOIP systems.
2. Monitor Help Desk ticketing system and resolve issues in a timely manner.
3. Install network printers
4. Create new staff and client network accounts
5. With the assistance with IT Management, assist with opening new company offices
6. Assist with other project based task (New Technology roll outs etc)
7. Participate in technology rollouts in our high schools

*The selected candidate must have an interest in working with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Operation systems

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent in directly applied field, such as computers, programming, etc., some college relating to Information technology, or equivalent experience.

Specialized skills:
Problem solving skills.
Hardware/Software/basic network (LAN incl. WIFI) troubleshooting skills.
Ability to interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with Corporate and staff.

Experience:
1 – 2 years’ customer service experience with an emphasis in Information Technology.

License or Certification:
Detailed requirements and expected knowledge are available in a document IT Competencies and Certification Requirements.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel independently to various facility locations
Ability to carry IT equipment e.g. monitors, PC’s etc.
