Job Description
Lockehouse Retail Group seeks an entry-level Sales Person / Runner to provide support to the Lockehouse Investment Sales Team (LIST). The successful candidate will work on high profile commercial real estate transactions and have a range of responsibilities, including assisting with the creation of marketing materials, managing the marketing process, researching owner and property information, finding market comparables, managing real estate and client databases, and making cold calls. This job will provide a great opportunity to work with a growing, entrepreneurial company on multiple asset types and different markets across the nation.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university required. Preference given to majors including real estate, finance, business, math, or related field.
2. Two years of relevant business experience preferred, but we will consider a broad range of backgrounds in our search.
3. Must have or be working toward obtaining a California Real Estate Salesperson License.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with permanent access to a car.
