Job Description

We are an established Montessori preschool in the Dimond district of Oakland, licensed to care for 2- to 6-year-old children. We have two classrooms – one with up to 12 2- to 3-year-olds and one with about 24-30 3- to 5-year-olds.

You must have:
A criminal background check and fingerprint clearance
Immunized against Pertussis, Rubella and the Flu.
6-12 ECE Units verified with transcripts
Authorized to work in the United States

Hours will be Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30

The duties would involve snack preparation, supervising the children, preparing the classroom, nap, outdoor preparation and supervision, and help toileting. The hours will be 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday. We prefer 12 ECE units and classroom experience with young children.
