Job Description

Seeking a maintenance and installation gardener. Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. We design, build, and maintain edible, native and drought tolerant gardens from a permaculture perspective.

Ideal candidate has:

-Their own transportation to and from job sites in Berkeley, Oakland and vicinity.
-Knowledge of plant identification and care.
-A commitment to organic practices and sustainability.
-Some experience installing and maintaining edible and ornamental gardens.
-Aesthetic pruning skills.
-A strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent time management, and an ability to hustle.
