Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Client Service Manager and Field Manager, this position provides high-level administrative support to service internal and external customers. This individual must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail is a must along with, data entry, strong multitasking, and being able to manage a large work load. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload. This job operates in both an office environment as well as on worksite, the individual in this position must be comfortable and efficient in both environments. Attention to detail is a must along with, data entry, strong multitasking, and being able to manage a large work load. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload. In addition to this job description, the person in this position is responsible for operating within and managing to Czarnowski’s standard operating procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and track labor at various job sites
Plan and arrange travel for field service personnel
Process per-diems for field service travel
Assist in the reconciliation of expenses for field service personnel
Manage the service desk at show site as needed
Actively fill in for the Field Manager and assume responsibilities when she/he is out of office.
Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and data.
Handle incoming calls from all clients and future clients.
Communicate with internal and external clients as required.
Perform additional assignments, as directed by the Client Services Manager and Field Manager.
Skills, Knowledge, Education, and Experience
1 year of experience in the trade show industry or a similar field is preferred
Associate degree or higher education is preferred but not required.
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including experience in word processing, spreadsheets.
Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with great organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.
Strong service orientation.
