Job Description

• The Assistant will be working directly with the Royalties Manager to register compositions with performing rights organizations as well as agencies such as HFA, MRI, etc., to update foreign sub publishers regarding catalog updates, create marketing tools to solicit synchronizations of compositions in the A Train catalog, track payments/collections, review and issue licenses and more.
• The position demands a confident individual, with a strong adherence to client relations and transparency on all sides of our relationships. The successful candidate will have strong writing and computer skills, an ability to multi-task and excellent attention to detail.
• All applicants need to be ambitious, self-starting, self-managed, creative, hardworking, professional, literate, and intelligent. Proficiency in the rules of English grammar is important as is experience with word, filemaker, excel and more.
