Job Description

Arrow Sign Company has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator to assist the Sales and Contract Departments on sign jobs from the start to Production to Installation and closing out. Any experience in the Sign Industry is a PLUS but will train the right person!

Duties and Qualifications:
– Good understanding of the processes of project management to get the completed product
– Organized with attention to detail and accuracy
– Process paperwork and ensure drawings, specifications and contract requirements match to close jobs
– Provide administrative support for sign projects of all sizes
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
