Arrow Sign Company is growing and we’re looking for skilled people to join our team!
We are currently seeking Sales Associates to work with customers and prospects on their electric signage needs.
We’re looking for someone with effective communication skills; the ability to understand, duplicate and translate information from the customer to our production department; and the ability to learn quickly. Should have basic selling skills but will train the right person!
This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated, self-started who excels at learning and communication. We will train the right person who wants to learn about our industry. Sales can be a very lucrative position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
— Identify prospects, customers and referral sources and develop/maintain relationships
— Support efforts to consistently grow the base of referral sources;
— Actively manage short and long term leads from external referral sources to qualify prospects and advance them through the sales process;
— Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company;
— Conduct on-site presentations that promote the image of Arrow as a leader in the sign industry;
— Responsive to customers’ needs and follow through on all aspects of requests;
— Assist in developing and implementing contract process;
— Other duties as assigned.
