Trying to Lose Weight and Need Some Support? Take NUTR 25
For any of you whose New Year’s Resolution to lose weight didn’t quite work out, try this late start (March 19), 2-unit class in the Nutrition & Dietetics Program (NUTR 25, #25323, Weight Management Principles and Practice). The class will meet weekly, starting March 19 at 6 p.m., to provide evidence-based nutrition information and weight loss support. You will keep food records, monitor your physical activity, and learn techniques designed to help keep weight off. For more information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
