For any of you whose New Year’s Resolution to lose weight didn’t quite work out, try this late start (March 19), 2-unit class in the Nutrition & Dietetics Program (NUTR 25, #25323, Weight Management Principles and Practice). The class will meet weekly, starting March 19 at 6 p.m., to provide evidence-based nutrition information and weight loss support. You will keep food records, monitor your physical activity, and learn techniques designed to help keep weight off. For more information, contact email@example.com.
