Yoga and Pets To Help Relieve Anxiety At Library’s “Finals Stress-Relief Week,” Dec. 4-7

It’s about this time of the school year when students are getting very anxious about the upcoming finals. Now they can take some deep breaths during the Library’s first-ever “Finals Stress Relief Week,” December 4-7. Christana Forlastro, Senior Library Technician, encourages faculty and staff to let students know about this service to help them relax.

 

“We have something planned each day of the week to help promote lower levels of stress and anxiety,” says Christana. “This will help students not only during finals but during the holiday season in as well.”
