This program introduces students to lifespan human care issues including theory and practice for services from infant to elder care populations identified in need of specific trained interventions. The program covers current practices n the human services field and trains the student in a wide range of competencies required to work in the field to include an introduction to counseling and intervention skills and case management and how to serve a multi-ethnic, culturally diverse client population. This program serves those who wish to train for a career in the Human Services field, those who are currently employed in the field, and those who seek training for career advancement.
