The Puente Club Invites You to Come and Celebrate Dia de los Muertos on Nov. 2

The traditional Dia De Los Muertos (Day of  the Dead) will be celebrated with poetry and photos, food and fun on Monday, November 2, Noon to 1:30, in the D-Quad sponsored by the Puente Club. Activities will include a poetry performance by the Puente Club, a community altar where you can bring photos of your loved ones to the , free refreshments of sweet bread and hot chocolate, and face painting and arts and crafts. The holiday focuses on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember friends and family members who have died and help support their spiritual journey.
