CurricUNET Information & Tutorials

Important Notice: CurricUNET will be closed beginning April 15 as we upgrade to CurricUNET META. The “lock out” period is anticipated to last from April 15 to the first day of the Fall 2015 term.

 

CurricUNET is an Internet-based software application designed to automate and enhance the development and approval of curriculum in a multi-campus district. CurricUNET can be accessed at http://www.curricunet.com/PCCD.

You will need an account to log in. Please contact Arja McCray (amccray@peralta.edu) to inquire about account setup.

How to Add a New Course:

Note: if your new course will include a DE addendum, please choose the process type “MC New Course w/DE Addendum.”

 

Updating-Modifying a Course:

Note: in the current version of CurricUNET all sections of the outline must be checked off before the “Submit” button appears.

 

Deactivating Courses:

Adding a DE Addendum to a Course:

Note: there are new process types for adding a DE addendum to an existing course.

  • MC Add DE Addendum,
  • MC Add DE Addendum w/Catalog Changes,
  • MC Add DE Addendum w/Non-Catalog Changes.

Please choose the process that fits they types of changes you will be making to the course. Also note that in the current version of CurricUNET all sections of the outline must be checked off before the “Submit” button appears.
