Join long-time mushroom expert Theresa Halula in her full-term Fall class, “Mushroom Cultivation (LANHT 45, #44063/64) and explore mushrooms, from growing them in your home garden to identifying wild mushrooms to starting your own mushroom farm. Offered for the Fall semester only, from August 22-December 15 on Fridays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., the course includes guests speakers, field trips, and safe practices for collection of wild mushrooms. The class is part of the Permaculture Design Certification Program in Landscape Horticulture, as well as the new Natural History & Sustainabililty Program.
