Dietary Manager--Three semester (minimum) Certificate of Completion
Dietetic Technology AS--Two-year (minimum) Associate of Science Degree
Dietetic Technology CERT--Certificate of Achievement for those who have already completed a degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited DPD Program
To enable you to work as you pursue continuing education, courses are scheduled after 4:00 PM for our busy, working adults. The college is centrally located in the beautiful Oakland Hills, with plenty of convenient parking or easy access from the Fruitvale Bart Station.

OUR MISSION is to provide the highest quality dietetic education that meets all professional standards and serves both the community and student needs.
The Program will prepare its graduates to:
1. be readily employed in nutrition and dietetics or a related field; or to continue their education at a higher level.
2. provide the encouragement and support necessary to increase the number of students who graduate.
3. prepare its graduates for active participation in the profession as leaders, mentors, and preceptors.
4. develop practitioners who are responsive to community needs and who have the ability to collaborate in a diverse environment.
