Using a Computer to improve writing. Learn word processing on the Mac or PC, and format your written assignments for other classes. (0.5 – 1 Unit)
English 270 – The Writing Center. Earn credit for receiving tutoring and working on writing assignments for other classes. (0.5 – 1 Unit) |
Learning Resources 280 – Study Skills. Learn strategies which help you study more effectively.
(0.5 – 3 Units)
English 280 – Communication Skills. Develop your reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.

All our classes are self-paced. You work in the center whenever your schedule allows. The center does not give letter grades and the units earned here do not apply toward an AA degree. You may enroll up to the 12th week in the semester.
